RWA Registration

Please complete the form below as a pre-requisite of registration process at Angels Gymnastics Dubai.

By completing the form you agree to have read & agreed to the Terms & Conditions available here and

Release of Liability at the bottom of the page. 


Reminders:

  • The course fee must be paid in full before the start.

  • All Gymnasts’ parents MUST fill in the Registration form/update their information before the start of a new session and WhatsApp our admin to get a registration link. A waiver form must be signed by each gymnast’s parents or guardian.

  • There will be no make up class for missed class or carry forward the balance turns to next session.

  • Wear PE uniform or outfit. Hair must bun or nicely tide up for girls. Bare feet. Bring bottle of water.

  • Bank Transfer Details (please contact Admin on our WhatsApp number 0523504095)

  • Important Note - In Bank transfer details comments section, please indicate the following: FORMAT: `Child Last Name - First Name - Venue -Group (If you don’t know group, please leave that spot black). Example: Sharef-Zainab-RWA CCA Gymnastics

  • Please WhatsApp 0523504095 or email your paid transfer sheet to admin@dugymrg.com to confirm.

I agree to allow Angels Gymnastics to use the photos of my child taken during training, competitions and events on our website and social media

Release of Liability

I agree to waive any claim of any kind whatsoever against the coaches or the gymnastics club with respect to any and all losses, liabilities and damages, injury, suffered or incurred by my child whilst taking part in the coaching programme, howsoever caused.

This is to certify that I am the parent/legal guardian of the above child and agree to the terms of the Release of Liability above and therefore have no objection to my daughter taking part in the coaching programmes.


Note from the team: Although we are fully qualified gymnastics coaches with numerous years of professional experience and first aid training, it is important to note that accidents can and do still happen. We have taken out Public Liability Insurance but would recommend that you take out your own personal accident insurance or medical insurance covering your child against gymnastics related accident or injury.
